Wes Moussignac is an entrepreneur with several businesses and many talents. An important question he asks those he hires is about their desires in life. He wants to find out what he is able to give them and looks for people who can become partners. Wes considers himself to be both a specialist and a Jack of All Trades, specializing in people and giving them everything life has to offer. Inspired by Michelle Obama’s book about following your heart, Mr. Moussignac pursues his desires and ambitions in life. He is an artist, salesman, concierge, business owner, entrepreneur, podcast host and radio personality, inventor, actor, husband, father, friend, partner, family and humanitarian.

Wes’s strategy in both digital and traditional marketing are the same in the sense of finding a target market and selling the product. Digital marketing opens up a larger source of revenue with the ability to reach a larger audience. He believes in creating a business that is about the customer/client and turns them into a “salesperson” by going above and beyond to give them the best experience possible. He tells people, “Your business will grow greatly through customers telling their friends and family about how much they love your service.” He sees the importance of using social media to direct new customers to your business. With billions of users on social media, he recommends using it to find new customers and mentioned the wonders it would do for you if your content went viral.

Moussignac values both action and enthusiasm as an entrepreneur, but mentions that without enthusiasm, you are not going to act. He believes that if you are knowledgeable about the industry you are in and your product, you will be able to find a way to make repetitive sales. The only thing he would consider as luck, is if your parents pass down the ability to sell or if you have the “it” factor. Since the “it” factor is most likely not the case, building your sales skill will allow you to obtain confidence.

Wes maintains an intimate relationship with customers by treating them like family. He sends them birthday wishes and acknowledgement during the holidays. His favorite part of business is impacting the lives of others in the most profound ways. It excites him to know that he is able to put someone in the position they strive to be in. With life in America being about both credit and entrepreneurship, he is able to provide both and is very resourceful with the ability to build a business from the ground up.

If Wes Moussignac could only use one social media outlet, he would choose YouTube. YouTube allows him to create his own television network that he is able to control. He can decide what is needed based on customer feedback and can promote, market and monetize all through this one service.

Mr. Moussignac sees the biggest obstacle to an entrepreneur being lack of time and money. More time allows you to spend it with family and enjoy the things you love doing. Money allows you to have more time by hiring people to do a job for you they are faster and better at than you. He recommends being resourceful, because some people end up having both money and time, but lack what they truly want in life. Wes suggests having a solid system in place, so you will not be trapped by your job 24/7 and will be able to spend time with your family while allowing your businesses grow to their fullest potential.
