NEW YORK CITY — It was a colorful Easter Sunday this year on Fifth Avenue as men, women and pets of all ages took the streets to participate in the 2023 Easter Parade and Bonnet Festival.

The East Bonnet Festival, a celebration that dates back to the 1870s, was first conceived as a post-mass fashion show but has since morphed into a highly anticipated holiday tradition.
