NYC Housing Market Adds 14 More Sales In Two Days

A full list of recent Brooklyn and Queens sales, including prices, property types and square footage.

NEW YORK, NY— Fourteen home sales across Brooklyn and Queens closed Tuesday and Wednesday, with prices ranging from a $262,000 co-op in Howard Beach to a $2.3 million single-family home in Forest Hills.

The four-bedroom single-family home at 11018 67th Drive in Forest Hills, cost roughly $1,164 per square foot. Built in 1961 and spanning just under 2,000 square feet, it marked the top of the price range in this batch of closings.

A close second was a 1901-built four-bedroom home at 174 Eckford Street in Brooklyn, which sold for $2.175 million and approximately $1,295 per square foot.

Across all 14 sales, the median closing price landed at roughly $695,000.

Price per square foot ranged widely, from roughly $328 per square foot to about $1,295 per square foot. Renovated or newer-condo product tended to cluster between $800 and $1,200 per square foot, particularly in Brooklyn and Forest Hills.

Several mid-market homes in Queens neighborhoods such as Richmond Hill, Ozone Park and Cambria Heights traded between $665,000 and $862,734, generally aligning closely with Zillow estimates where available.
