Spectator entrances will open at 3 p.m. A 60-second countdown will begin at 11:59 p.m. in Times Square.

- Broadway from 43rd-49th streets
- 43rd-48th streets from Sixth-Eighth avenues
- Southbound Seventh Avenue and Broadway from 38th-57th streets, from Sixth to Eighth avenues
- 38th to 56th streets, from Sixth to Eighth avenues
- North on Sixth Avenue from 34th-59th streets
- North on Eighth Avenue from 34th-59th streets
- East of Ninth Avenue from 37th-59th streets
- West of Fifth Avenue from 35th-59th streets
Times Square Performances/Where To Watch
The performance lineup includes Carrie Underwood, the Jonas Brothers, TLC, Mark Ambor and Rita Ora, among others.
Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest will broadcast live on ABC, CBS will host its "New Year's Eve Live: Nashville's Big Bash", Anderson Cooper and Andy Cohen will host its New Year's Eve show on CNN and on NBC viewers can watch "A Toast to 2024 with Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager."
