NYC Subway Delays: These 8 Lines Are Running Behind

NEW YORK CITY — Commuters contended with minor delays across eight MTA subway lines Tuesday morning.

The problems mostly appeared run-of-the-mill — communication issues, a disruptive passenger and a faulty door, according to the MTA.

Northbound 2/3 trains ran with delays while crews removed a train from service at Grand Army Plaza, MTA officials said at 7:56 a.m.

C trains running north ran behind after NYPD officers responded to a disruptive passenger at Nostrand Avenue, an MTA alert said at 8:25 a.m.

A network communication issue near Grand Avenue-Newtown caused delays for E/F/M/R trains running both directions, officials said at 7:53 a.m.

And northbound F/G trains ran with delays after crews removed a train with door problems at 15th Street-Prospect Park, an MTA alert stated at 8:25 a.m.
