NYC Weather: Here's When To Expect Snow
The National Weather Service warned of frigid wind chills Wednesday morning and an inch of snow later in the day.

NEW YORK — Frigid winds Wednesday will make it feel like the single digits for some morning commuters. Snow will begin as early as this afternoon, the National Weather Service said, with an inch expected in New York City.
The morning wind chill temperature will be nine degrees in parts of Queens, according to the weather service, and 10 degrees for much of New York City.
Snowfall could start as early as 1 p.m. Wednesday. The chance of snow increases Wednesday evening, with forecasters predicting one inch of snow across New York City by Thursday morning.

A winter weather advisory in effect for parts of Connecticut on Wednesday does not apply to New York City, according to the weather service.

A slight chance of snow before noon, then a slight chance of rain. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 40. East wind 5 to 7 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20 percent.

A 30 percent chance of snow after midnight. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 33.
