NEW YORK, NY — New Yorkers who just got used to clear sidewalks after Monday's snowfall may see a light dusting cover them by the end of the day. Some snow showers are expected throughout the city Thursday, and again on Friday.

Forecasters originally predicted snow might fall in the early afternoon Thursday have moved up the chance of showers to starting as early as 11 a.m., or 10 a.m. in some of the outer boroughs, according to the National Weather Service.

The day will be slightly warmer, though, than Wednesday's frigid temperatures. Highs are expected in the low 30s.
