The Bay Ridge high school received three bomb threats in as many days starting Monday.

"In this day and age, there’s no such thing as a 'hoax' bomb threat or a prank because the fear and the related stress is very real," tweeted Council Member Justin Brannan. "This wasn’t a joke. The last few days have been incredibly traumatizing for students, families, school staff, and our entire neighborhood."

It's unclear whether Awadh is accused of making all bomb threats to the school this week.

Brannan had tweeted that NYPD and FBI investigators were looking at potential copycat calls.

A NYPD spokesperson said Awadh faces two counts each on his charges, which indicates only two incidents. The spokesperson said further charges in connection to other calls would be up to prosecutors.

Police said that students in the school have testing this week.
