Trump Booed By MSG Crowd Before NBA Finals Game, Later Caught Falling Asleep

NEW YORK CITY — President Donald Trump was booed loudly by Knicks fans during Game 3 of the NBA Finals on Monday — and was later caught on camera apparently falling asleep during the game.
During the national anthem before the start of Game 3, Trump was briefly shown on the jumbotron at Madison Square Garden and was booed by the crowd which was caught on the live broadcast and video from inside the arena.

“It was loud, and it was very enthusiastic," he added.
Trump was invited to Game 3 by Knicks owner James Dolan and was in his personal suite with his granddaughter Kai, Boris Lee Zeldin, Sean Duffy and Doug Burgum.

Later in the game, Trump was caught appearing fall asleep next to Dolan.
Knicks fan criticized the president on social media.
“So he ruined the night for all of those people just to take another nap?” one fan wrote on X.
"No way Trump shut down New York City streets and delayed everything just to nap during the game," another person wrote.
