US Open 2019: Updates, Odds, Schedule, Watch
The US Open started August 26 and will run through September 8. Here's how you can watch and who has the current best odds to win.

FLUSHING, NY — The 2019 US Open got underway Monday at the iconic Billie Jean King National Tennis Center at the Flushing Meadows-Corona Park in Queens, where pre-tournament favorites, Novak Djokovic and Serena Williams both cruised easily into the second round.
Djokovic, the 32-year-old Serbian and the number one ranked men's player in the world, went into the tournament as a heavy +125 favorite, nearly three times more likely to win than his nearest competitor Rafael Nadal at +430 and well ahead of Roger Federer at +750. With part of one round already in the books, Djokovic's odds have shortened slightly to +110, and Nadal even more so to +300.
All the betting lines included are from the website Oddschecker, which draws together the most accurate odds from across the country.

Odds:
Djokovic is accounting for the majority of the bets in the men's market, with 32% of the total bets going towards the Serbian. The next most popular player among gamblers isn't one of the household names, but instead current +1400 long shot Daniil Medvedev with 16% of total bets.
The women's market is even more interesting, as +2500 Sofia Kenin was the best backed player to win the tournament with 11% of the total bets. However, in the last 24 hours a wave of bets have been placed on Bianca Andreescu at +1400, who now accounts for 13% of the total bets.
Pete Watt, a spokesman for Oddschecker.com, told Patch that Grand Slams always prove popular with bettors, and generally see a huge variety of bets on different players.
"In what could be his last trip to Flushing Meadows, Federer has been disregarded by punters and accounts for even less bets than 50/1 Kei Nishikori. Whilst this may be a combination of his relatively short price and the hard court surface, write off the GOAT at your peril!"
