Users Report Issues With CityMD Coronavirus Test Results
Several people have reported issues receiving their coronavirus and antibody test results from CityMD.
NEW YORK CITY — CityMD Urgent Care is offering walk-in nasal swab and blood tests for the coronavirus, but several patients are reporting issues actually receiving their test results. CityMD says they're aware of the issue and working to get the results portal back up and running.
The urgent cares began the walk-in tests Wednesday, but on Thursday several users reported receiving an email from CityMD about their results, only to be lead to a broken website and a dead end.
One of the impacted customers was Patch Staffer Marc Torrence:

As of 4:30 p.m. Thursday the site remains down.
Earlier CityMD said that testing would take three to five days before users receive results, it's still unclear why some patients received emails promising results so shortly after public testing began.
While CityMD works fix the issue, the urgent cares continue to administer tests to any patient who:
- Has shown coronavirus symptoms like fever, cough, shortness of breath and body aches
- Is a health care worker or first responder working with coronavirus patients
- Has been in contact with someone who has the virus in the past two weeks
