Viral Song, "I Wish," Makes its NYC Debut at PATH Fund Student Showcase

A viral song about kindness recently made its New York City debut when a special rendition of “I Wish” was performed during a showcase at Chelsea Table & Stage by students from the PATH Fund’s Rockers on the Rise program. The mentorship initiative helps young artists gain experience in auditioning, performing, directing and producing professional showcases.

Originally recorded by Random Acts of Kindness and featuring the GRAMMY nominated African Children’s Choir, the music video for “I Wish” has surpassed 27 million views and continues to climb. Written and executive produced by Ken Freirich, the song was created with a simple goal: to encourage acts of kindness and inspire a more compassionate world. Since its release, the project has reached millions of fans with its message-driven approach and has turned music into social action.
