NEW YORK CITY — A man was found dead inside a holding cell at criminal courthouse in New York City over the weekend.
Police found Zamiqua Miller, 33, unconscious inside a holding cell at Kings County Criminal Court on Sunday around 7:20 a.m.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
