$100,000 Reward For Hudson Valley Man, FBI's Oldest Most Wanted
The Haverstraw Police Department recently posted a reminder on Facebook.

The Haverstraw Police Department wants to remind residents that Eugene Palmer is still out there. And that there's a $100,000 reward out to anyone who helps track him down.
The oldest person ever to be placed on the FBI's 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list, Eugene Palmer was added in May of 2019. Seven years ago, he told his niece he had killed his daughter-in-law and disappeared into Harriman State Park, police said.
His family believes he died in the park, but law enforcement officials don't agree. An experienced hunter and outdoorsman, he knew the park well.

Investigators think the 80-year-old is living out of state under an assumed name.
Palmer, then 73, lived in Stony Point across the street from Tammy Palmer, a 36-year-old mother of two. Reports said Tammy Palmer and her husband were estranged. She was found shot, dead, behind her home, shortly after she had put her children on the bus for school, according to reports.

There's a second New Yorker on the 10 most wanted people in America — a Brooklyn man accused of killing his wife and children then blowing up his house, according to the FBI.
Robert William Fisher, 58, also has a $100,000 reward for information leading to arrest. Fisher allegedly shot his wife Mary in the head, slit the throats of their two children, Brittney and Bobby, then set fire to their Scottsdale, Arizona, home in April of 2001, according to reports and the FBI. Investigators believe he killed them rather than allow Mary to pursue a divorce. Mary's car, the family dog and Robert's hat were found 10 days later in a small town about 80 miles away from Scottsdale, according to news site azCentral.
