2 Arraigned On Murder Charge In December Death Of Spring Valley Man
The investigation was done by the Spring Valley Police with help from the Rockland County Sheriff's Office and the New York State Police.
SPRING VALLEY, NY — Two Spring Valley men face murder charges in the death of 52-year-old Luis Pinduisaca-Villa on Dec. 29, Rockland County District Attorney Thomas E. Walsh II announced Wednesday.
Oscar Garcia-Garcia, 27, and Eustaquio Diaz-Gutierrez, 40, were arraigned before the Hon. Kevin F. Russo Jan. 6 on the charge of Murder in the Second Degree.

Both men were taken into custody the same day of the alleged crime and sent to Rockland County Jail.
"As alleged, the defendants engaged in an act of extreme violence that resulted in the death of the victim. I commend the investigative work from the Spring Valley Police Department and supporting agencies for quickly apprehending the suspects," Walsh said. "The defendants have been charged with Murder and will be held accountable for their actions."
The investigation was handled by the Spring Valley Police Department with the assistance from the Rockland County Sheriff’s Office and the New York State Police. Executive Assistant District Attorney Kathleen Devlin is prosecuting the case.
