WCFR to Honor 2026 Scholarship Recipients at 15th Anniversary Gala

Four college students pursuing careers in healthcare will receive scholarship awards during WCFR's milestone celebration on September 19.

Worldwide Community First Responder, Inc. (WCFR) will recognize four deserving scholarship recipients during its 15th Anniversary & Fundraising Gala on Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at Hotel Nyack – JDV by Hyatt, located at 400 High Avenue in Nyack, New York.

The WCFR Scholarship Program provides financial support to college students pursuing careers in healthcare. By investing in their education, WCFR is helping to prepare the next generation of compassionate healthcare professionals and community leaders dedicated to serving others.

Each recipient represents the determination, academic promise, and commitment to service that the WCFR Scholarship Program seeks to encourage and celebrate. Through their studies and future careers in healthcare, these students have the potential to improve lives and strengthen the communities they will serve.

In addition to presenting the scholarship awards, WCFR will honor several distinguished community leaders during the evening:

The gala will feature a cocktail hour, dinner, entertainment, awards, and a celebration of WCFR's 15 years of lifesaving education, training, service, and global impact.

Proceeds from the gala will help WCFR continue advancing its mission "to prevent deaths worldwide through education and training" and support programs that empower individuals and strengthen communities in the United States, Haiti, and beyond.
