NEW YORK, Nov. 6, 2026 — The New York City Minority Small Business Chamber of Commerce Inc. (NYCMSBCC) has officially opened its membership enrollment, marking a significant milestone in its mission to strengthen, support and advocate for minority-owned small businesses throughout New York City's five boroughs.
Operating under the banner "NYC's Voice for Minority Small Business," the chamber is extending an invitation to entrepreneurs, established business owners, emerging enterprises and corporate partners seeking to participate in a growing network dedicated to business development, economic empowerment and sustainable growth.

Membership Designed to Create Business Opportunities
Through its growing network of business leaders, strategic partners and community organizations, NYCMSBCC aims to provide members with resources and opportunities that can strengthen their competitive position.

Building Bridges Across New York City and Long Island

NYCMSBCC also seeks to develop strategic relationships with business organizations throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties, recognizing the economic connections between New York City and Long Island.
"Successful businesses are built on relationships, access to information and the ability to connect with the right opportunities," said Rose Ward, "The expansion of this chamber network creates additional possibilities for entrepreneurs to strengthen their businesses and establish valuable professional relationships."
Ann Dumay, emphasized the importance of building connections between emerging and established businesses.
"When small businesses gain access to supportive networks, educational resources and meaningful business relationships, they are better positioned to grow and contribute to the communities they serve," Dumay said.
Strengthening New York City's Economic Future
Small businesses play a vital role in neighborhood development, employment and commercial activity throughout the city's five boroughs.
NYCMSBCC seeks to contribute to that economic foundation by promoting entrepreneurship, supporting business ownership and helping minority entrepreneurs gain greater access to resources and opportunities.
