Assisted Living Community Under Construction In New City
It will be the fourth community operated by Atria Senior Living in the Hudson Valley.

NEW CITY, NY — Construction has begun on a new assisted living and memory care community in New City. Capitol Seniors Housing is building Atria New City at 260 North Main St., just south of Phillips Hill Road
The $30 million, three-story, 70,000-square-foot community with 80 residential suites is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2020.
“We’re excited and anxious to bring a top-quality senior living community to New City, an amazing community where residents want to live for the remainder of their lives,” said Scott Stewart, Managing Partner of Capitol Seniors Housing, in a press release. “Residents and visitors of Atria New City will feel as though they’re in an exclusive hotel offering every amenity seniors want and deserve, along with a vibrant social life encouraged by an extraordinary calendar of events, activities and outings.”

Atria New City will be located on five acres.
The community will be operated by Atria Senior Living, a national senior living operator of more than 225 communities, including 28 in the state of New York. Hudson Valley facilities are located in Ardsley, Briarcliff Manor, Ossining and Poughkeepsie.
