Contra dance is fun and easy. All dances are called, with instructions at the start of each dance. And a live band keeps you moving! Laughter in abundance. Wear soft sole shoes or sneakers and comfortable clothes that are easy to move in. Bring your own water bottle. You don’t need a partner— everyone dances with everybody. Fun, playful, social!
