We’re so excited to finally share the menu for our upcoming Japanese Mediterranean dining experience with Three-Time Chopped Champion Chef Chris Holland on June 18th at Cropsey Community Farm.

This beautifully curated menu highlights the incredible flavors of the season with Chef Holland’s signature creativity and artistry - an unforgettable evening of fresh local ingredients, stunning presentation, and immersive farm-to-table dining under the summer sky.

From olive oil–poached halibut and compressed watermelon sushi to Japanese sweet potato gnocchi and corn panna cotta, every course has been thoughtfully designed to celebrate the harvest in a truly unique way.

Each course will also be expertly paired with wine to complement the flavors of the evening.

Please note:
• Vegan and/or gluten-free meals are available with at least 10 days’ notice prior to the event.
• No other substitutions or menu modifications are available, though guests are always welcome to leave components off a dish if preferred.
