Charged With DWI In Clarkstown: State Police

Three people were accused of driving drunk in Clarkstown and in Newburgh.

New York state police cracking down on drunk driving announced three arrests of Rockland County residents on March 3.

  • On March 3, 2018, State Police Haverstraw arrested Ahuva Katzin, 24, of Spring Valley, NY for DWAI Drugs. She was traveling on South Little Tor Road in the town of Clarkstown when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by drugs and was subsequently arrested.
  • On March 3, 2018, State Police Haverstraw arrested Hector Martinez Molina, 23, of Spring Valley, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 59 in the town of Clarkstown when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
  • On March 3, 2018, State Police Highland arrested Brian Dunne, 41, of Pearl River, NY for DWI. He was traveling on Deyo Place in the city of Newburgh when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
