Clarkstown Cops Raid Rockland Marijuana Farm
Officers in respiratory gear seized hundreds of plants and buckets of seeds.
Police found than 200 marijuana plants and 30 5-gallon buckets of marijuana seeds when they executed an early-morning raid on an unoccupied house in Valley Cottage Tuesday morning.
An investigation had revealed the house on Thomas Court to be a marijuana grow facility.
So police obtained a search warrant with the assistance of the Rockland County District Attorney’s Office.

With help from the New York State Police Contaminated Crime Scene Emergency Response Team and the Special Operations Response Team, they executed the warrant at 5 a.m. Sept. 29.
Because of the sheer size of the farm, officers wore special respiratory gear. Police said they seized 200 marijuana plants and more than 30 five-gallon buckets containing marijuana seeds.
