Clarkstown Council Reorganization Meeting Set For Wednesday

The Clarkstown Town Council will hold its annual reorganization meeting Jan. 4 in the Town Hall Auditorium, 10 Maple Ave., New City. It includes appointments and re-appointments to some of the town boards and committees, both paid and unpaid. In addition, Superintendent of Recreation and Parks Elaine Apfelbaum retires as of Dec. 31 and the council is expected to formally accept her resignation.
Also, the Sanitation Commission will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday in Room 301 at Town Hall.
