Hudson Valley Restaurant Gets Gordon Ramsay 24-Hour Makeover
Watch the premier of the celebrity chef's new, unscripted extreme restaurant show on Wednesday!

CONGERS, NY — Bella Gianna's in Congers will be featured on the premier episode of celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay's new unscripted television show, "24 Hours to Hell and Back" on Fox. Restaurateur Vinny Vasti told The Journal News the experience was grueling but rewarding.
Vasti and the staff are so energized and excited by the renovations and new menu that they're hosting a preview party with a prix fixe buffet menu that starts at 5:30 p.m June 13. Call 845-268-3770 for reservations.
The show airs at 9 p.m. The episode captures a lot about the life of the restaurant, and so does the newspaper's story. Read the entire article on lohud.com.

According to Fox, the brand-new series will feature Ramsay with a state-of-the-art mobile kitchen and command center called Hell On Wheels, driving around the country to struggling restaurants. For the first time ever, Ramsay will try to revitalize them — in 24 hours.
First, he sends in a secret surveillance team. Then, he goes in undercover to see the problems first-hand — and he was apparently a diner from hell at Bella Gianna. Vasti told The Journal News he was ready to kick Ramsay out and comp the meal before finding out who he was.

With the clock ticking, Ramsay and his team transform the chosen restaurants "with spectacular renovations, fresh new menus and hope for the future," Fox said.
