Dark And Dank Week Ahead In The Hudson Valley

The region may see rain just about every day this week. Here are the details.

(AccuWeather.com)

HUDSON VALLEY, NY — The sun is apparently on hiatus for much of the last week of spring in the Hudson Valley. Rain is the word of the work week ... or maybe "unsettled."

"For the next 5 days, the devil will be in the details," said Bill Potter and Alex Marra of Hudson Valley Weather. "The timing of rain threats, and the chances for peeks of sunshine, will be difficult to pinpoint in the coming days. We’ll have a chance for rain showers… even a thundershower… just about every day through this week."

The wet weather pattern is being caused by a nearly stationary front zone, according to AccuWeather.
