The Town of Clarkstown Parks and Recreation's annual Independence Day concert and fireworks are scheduled for Wednesday at Nanuet High School. That's 103 Church Street. The event starts at 6 p.m. with entertainment for the kiddies: inflatable bounce houses. At 7:15 p.m. the Rockland County Radio Control Club will perform a demonstration. The concert starts at 8 p.m. to be followed by fireworks at approximately 9:15 p.m. In case of rain, the concert and fireworks will be held on July 2.
