Don't Miss: Pink Tailgate Party at Clarkstown Plaza Hosted by License Plate Guy
Do some shopping, get some eats, have fun at a fundraiser for the Pink Fund, which assists families of breast cancer patients.

NEW CITY, NY — Joe Ruback, known to thousands of New York Giant fans as “License Plate Guy," will be hosting a special Pink Tailgate Party between noon and 3 pm Sunday at the Clarkstown Plaza shopping center.
The tailgate party, which will feature typical pre-game food and entertainment, will raise funds for The Pink Fund, a non-profit that financially assists families struggling to cover typical cost-of- living expenses while a loved one goes through breast cancer treatment.
Clarkstown Plaza store-owners will also be helping to chip in, pledging to donate 10% of the day’s sales to the Pink Tailgate Party to help The Pink Fund. In addition, many shops are donating store gift certificates as give-away prizes to tailgate party attendees. Local area residents are urged to do their shopping at the Clarkstown Plaza that Sunday, meet NY Giant License Plate Guy Joe Ruback, and enjoy the music, food, raffle and giveaways at this special tailgate party.

“I’m honored to be hosting this Pink Tailgate Party with the Pink Fund,” Ruback said in the announcement. “The financial assistance The Pink Fund gives families takes HUGE pressure off the patient, who in many cases, is the sole or primary breadwinner. And Clarkstown residents can feel good knowing that the funds we raise here at the Clarkstown Plaza will go to help breast cancer patients in the immediate area.”
For a suggested donation to The Pink Fund of only $10, tailgate party goers will have a chance to meet License Plate Guy Joe Ruback, treat themselves to a spread of traditional tailgate food, play tailgating parking lot games like cornhole, be entered into a 50/50 raffle and much more.
