Don't Miss: Rockland County Volunteer Firefighters' Parade

It steps off at 2PM Saturday in Garnerville.

Hosted this year by the Volunteer Hose Co. #2 of the West Haverstraw Fire Department, the annual Rockland County Volunteer Firefighters Parade steps off at 2 p.m. Sept. 19.

Twenty-six departments will be represented.

This year marks the fire company’s 100th year of service to the West Haverstraw community. The festivities begin the day before with the Volunteer Fireman’s Association Convention.

The Parade route will start on Main Street in Garnerville and wind its way down Railroad Avenue to Samsondale Avenue, ending up at The West Haverstraw Village Hall, Bowline Point Road.
