CLARKSTOWN, NY — Clarkstown celebrated resident Rita McCullagh's birthday Thursday with a drive-by extravaganza. It deserved to be celebrated: she's turning 106.Clarkstown Supervisor George Hoehmann coordinated the birthday drive-by with other local officials including the Clarkstown Police Department, Parks and Recreation Department and New City Fire Department.
