DWI Charge For Erratic Driver: Rockland Sheriff

ROCKLAND COUNTY, NY — A Spring Valley man faces a charge of driving while intoxicated, the Rockland County Sheriff's Office reports.
A Sheriff Patrol Officer observed a man driving erratically on Route 45 at 1:37 a.m. Monday. The officer concluded the driver was intoxicated.
Luis Morales-Gonzalez, 40, was processed at Sheriff HQ in New City and released on a summonses to return to the town of Ramapo justice court.
