Supervisor Alexander J. Gromack and Councilwoman Shirley Lasker along with the Clarkstown Town Board and Town Clerk presented the 3rd Annual Environmental Excellence Award to two recipients, Tony Lisanti and Keep Rockland Beautiful.
They were honored at a recent Town Board meeting and presented with birdhouses dedicated in their honor and installed at the Congers walking trail.
