The Transplants Save Lives 18th Annual Walk-A-Thon at Rockland Lake State Park is set for Sunday, April 15.
Sign-in at Rockland Lake Park North is at 8:45 a.m., with 9:30 a.m. opening remarks and the walk kicking off at 10 a.m. The event, which is all free, is designed to raise awareness for organ and tissue donation.
The event includes special guests, and bicycles and skateboards are welcome. There are free gifts for the first 300 people there.
