Sanctuary Yoga Studios is hosting a Yoga Class Fundraiser for our teacher training programs this Saturday, August 11th.

Young Mountain at Sanctuary Yoga Studios will provide scholarships for parents and schoolteachers to attend the Young Mountain Yoga Teacher Training Program. This program certifies parents and school teachers as yoga teachers for children and teens. The program teaches how to use yoga as a lifelong tool to help children and students become more healthy, calm and focused. The Fund Raiser offers two separate classes on a donation basis with 100% of all proceeds to go towards our scholarships

Young Mountain workshops are created and designed by the staff of Yoga Mountain Inc. and based on 26 years experience teaching yoga to young people in yoga studios, public, private, and special education schools, hospitals, playgrounds, athletic centers and families in the home.  Our children are stressed today by a complicated lifestyle at a younger age than ever before. They desperately need self awareness and the ability to cope with multiple expectations. They need adults to step up and guide them. Come learn yoga and relaxation techniques that will add balance to a child or teen's life.
