UPDATE 11 a.m. — Route 202 is reopened. <hr />RAMAPO, NY — A 3-car crash on Route 202 near Spook Rock Road at about 8 a.m. Wednesday killed one person and injured two others, one severely. Route 202 is still closed for the investigation and clean-up. The Hillcrest Fire Department extricated one driver.
