Fox Chases Cat Into Home, Rabies Shots Ensue

Crazy like a fox is the answer to the Clarkstown police.

NEW CITY, NY — An elderly woman is getting rabies shots after trying to protect her cat from a fox — inside her house.

She heard noises outside early Tuesday morning and opened the door to the back deck to let her cat in. It was apparently running from a fox that did not wish to give up.

The fox chased the cat right into the house. The woman tried to separate the two, and actually got it locked in a guest room.
