Garnerville Man Sent Explicit Pix To Undercover Agent, Police Allege

STONY POINT, NY — A Garnerville man accused of sending sexually explicit videos and photos of himself to someone he thought was a 14-year-old girl faces charges in Stony Point.

During the joint investigation by Stony Point police in conjunction with the Rockland County District Attorney’s Office, Victor Peraino, 35, communicated online with an undercover officer, police said.

He was placed under arrest after responding to a pre-arranged meeting location, which he arranged with the undercover officer for the purpose of engaging in sexual activity.

Peraino was arraigned on the felony charge of disseminating indecent material to a minor, and released after posting $1,000 cash bail. He is due back in Stony Point Justice Court Aug. 22.
