Gas Prices Expected to Dip Below $2 Per Gallon: AAA
Driving around doing holiday shopping? Find the lowest prices near New City.

Gas prices are at the lowest nationwide that they’ve been in years, according to the Automobile Club of America. They should soon fall below the $2 per gallon mark for the first time since 2009.
That’s nationwide, of course.

In New York, the average is $2.29 -- and Rockland County gas stations are right at the average, according to Gas Buddy,
The cheapest gas in Rockland is at the Costco in Nanuet, 50 Overlook Blvd near New Clarkstown Road -- $2.15.

But you don’t have to go far to find prices that look “normal” to our jaded NY eyes -- like $2.79 at the Gulf station at 552 N Middletown Rd & Townline Rd in Pearl River.
Of course, you also don’t have to go far to find prices under $2.
The average price in New Jersey is $1.919, AAA reports.
Gas is down to $1.73 at A & S Trading Co, 86 E Ridgewood Ave & Winters Ave. in Paramus. It’s $1.85 at the Delta
in Westwood at 320 Old Hook Rd & Carver Ave. and $1.89 at the Gulf at 60 Broadway & Harrington St. in Hillsdale.
