New York state police discovered a man who had 16 suspensions on his drivers license when they pulled a car over March 4 on I-90.
He's 28, so that's more than one for every year he could legally drive in New York.

Juan I. Rodriguez, 28, of Rochester, NY, faces a charge of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 1st Degree; a Class E Felony.
He was arraigned before the Town of Glen Court and sent to the Montgomery County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond, police said.
