In the fall, KRB focuses on ways to improve local waterways.
And one easy way to do that is to pay attention to storm drains. "Since they lead right into our streams and lakes (and not into a sewage treatment system!), it's critically important that they are debris-free," organizers said.
By the way, Keep Rockland Beautiful will hold its annual fall gala as a virtual get-together Nov. 19. The fall fundraiser is critical to keep KRB going.
