Accidents and icing have caused problems on highways and local roads across the Hudson Valley.

An accident with Property Damage on Saw Mill River Parkway northbound approaching Exit 4 - Cross County Parkway (Yonkers) right shoulder of 2 lanes blocked as of 8:13 a.m.

All lanes are closed on I-84 in both directions between the Pennsylvania state line (Port Jervis) and Exit 17 - Hamlin (Pike) until further notice. There are heavy delays on I-84 westbound stretching back into New York.
