Join Legislator Aney Paul to Keep Rockland Beautiful

Saturday, April 11, 2015 10 am to 12 noon Pascack Community Center, Nanuet

Rockland County Legislator Aney Paul and a volunteer crew will once again participate in the Great American Cleanup (GAC), a national effort that is sponsored locally by Keep Rockland Beautiful.

In 2014, Legislator Paul adopted the two-mile stretch of County Route 35A from New Clarkstown Road to Route 59, Spring Valley through the Rockland County Highway Department’s Adopt-a-Road Program. Paul organized four cleanup efforts in 2014 that were well attended by volunteers to rid the busy roadway of debris.

“I am anxious to get out there again this year,” said Legislator Paul, “After our long, hard winter, its time for a county-wide “spring cleaning” effort, expertly spearheaded by Keep Rockland Beautiful. I look forward to working with the returning volunteers and encourage new volunteers to join us on Saturday.” Volunteers will meet at the Pascack Community Center on New Clarkstown Rd., Nanuet.
