Man Accused Of Double Homicide Indicted On Murder Charges
Robert Williams III, 32, of Spring Valley, was accused of shooting and killing a 63-year-old mother and her 27-year-old daughter.
NEW CITY, NY — The man accused of killing a Valley Cottage mother and daughter was indicted on two murder charges. Robert Williams III, 32, of Spring Valley, was indicted on first- and second-degree murder.
He was also indicted on second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and first-degree criminal contempt, the Journal News reported.
Williams was sent to the Rockland County Jail without bail.

He was accused of shooting and killing Wanda Castor, 63, and Kathleen Castor, 27. He left Kathleen Castor's infant daughter alive.
Williams was apparently the younger woman's former domestic partner.
