NEW CITY, NY — The man accused of killing a Valley Cottage mother and daughter was indicted on two murder charges. Robert Williams III, 32, of Spring Valley, was indicted on first- and second-degree murder. He was also <a href="https://www.lohud.com/story/news/local/rockland/valley-cottage/2020/07/24/valley-cottage-double-homicide-suspect-indicted-faces-murder-charges/5502362002/" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">indicted</a> on second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and first-degree criminal contempt, the Journal News reported. Williams was sent to the Rockland County Jail without bail. He was accused of <a href="https://patch.com/new-york/newcity/accused-valley-cottage-killer-was-womans-ex-partner-police" target="_blank" rel="noopener">shooting and killing</a> Wanda Castor, 63, and Kathleen Castor, 27. He left Kathleen Castor's infant daughter alive.
