Man Accused of Striking Pregnant Woman with Car
Orangetown police charged the New City resident with menacing and harassment.

Orangetown police allege that a New City man intentionally struck a pregnant woman with his vehicle in Pearl River early Tuesday, according to the Nyack Free Press.
Clark K. Manley was arrested at 12:26 a.m. The victim filed a complaint against him.
Manley is due in Orangetown town court Sept. 23 to answer charges of second-degree menacing, a misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment, a violation.
