Multi-Agency Undercover Spa Prostitution Sting Leads To 1 Arrest
A 41-year-old Queens woman solicited an undercover investigator to engage in sexual acts in exchange for payment, Stony Point police said.
STONY POINT, NY — What began with complaints from the community led police to a Stony Point business, eventually ending with a prostitution arrest, according to police.
The Stony Point Police Department says that after several community complaints, officers collaborated with the New York State Police to conduct an undercover investigation at the Duskhil Spa, on Liberty Drive, in Stony Point.
As a result of the investigation, 41-year-old Xia Zhang, of Flushing, was arrested on Thursday afternoon. She was charged with felony unauthorized practice of profession and misdemeanor prostitution.

Authorities allege that Zhang solicited an undercover investigator to engage in sexual acts in exchange for payment, and performed massage services without a valid NYS massage therapy license.
The Stony Point Detective Bureau led the investigation, with assistance from the members of the Rockland County Intelligence Center.

In addition, the Stony Point Building Department issued 15 violations to Zhang.
"The Stony Point Police Department remains steadfast in its dedication to responding to community concerns and partnering with fellow law enforcement agencies to ensure public safety and maintain the integrity and standards of our community," the department said in a news release.
