New City Among Best Places To Live: 2022 Niche Rankings

NEW CITY, NY — New City is one of the best places in New York to live, narrowly missing a spot in the top 100 in Niche.com's 2022 rankings.

The survey was based on public schools, crime rates, cost of living and family-friendly amenities. Data from the U.S. Census, FBI, Bureau of Labor Statistics and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention were also factored in.

In the best places to live, New City came in at No. 103 out of 902 communities.
