New City Coronavirus Update: 770 Positive Cases

There are a total of 790 cases of the new coronavirus in New City as of Monday afternoon.

NEW CITY, NY – There are a total of 790 cases of the new coronavirus in New City as of Monday afternoon, according to the Rockland County Department of Health.

This represents nearly 2.5% of the city's population.

The total number of cases in Rockland County is now at 9,457, as of Monday afternoon, with more than 22,200 people being tested. There are currently 242 hospitalized COVID-19 patients, and 212 patients under investigation at county hospitals.

SCHOOLS

Daily breakfast and lunch pickup will continue this week at Woodglen Elementary School. Starting next Monday, April 27, the pick up and delivery schedule will change to twice weekly: Monday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Felix Festa Middle School in front of the A Wing Office. MORE
