New City Man Faces Child Porn Charges
A search warrant was executed at his residence. Police allege that images of child pornography were found.
NEW CITY, NY — New York State Police arrested Stephen Willenbrink of New City and charged him with Possession of a Sexual Performance by a child (a Class E Felony).
The New York State Police Troop F Computer Crimes Unit received information which led to a search warrant being obtained and executed at Willenbrink’s residence. Police allege that images of child pornography were found during the search.
Willenbrink, 43, was arraigned before town of Clarsktown Justice Howard Gerber and released on his own recognizance.
