New Windsor Woman Arrested on the Thruway
She's due in Clarkstown court to answer a DWI charge.
State police stopped a vehicle on I-87 for speeding at about 2:14 a.m. May 3.
Police concluded from observation that the driver of the vehicle, Janellie S. Figueroa of New Windsor, NY was intoxicated.
Figueroa was transported to SP Haverstraw where her blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.11 percent.

Figueroa, 23, was then transported to SP Tarrytown for processing and was charged with the following:
- Driving While Intoxicated, Unclassified Misdemeanor
Figueroa was turned over to a sober third party and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Clarkstown Court on May 13.
