Rockland Business Association President Al Samuels tells the NYS Public Service Commission that he speaks for 900+ Rockland County businesses when he says that the Suez $54 million surcharge for its failed Haverstraw Desalination Plant represents a “thoughtful and equitable compromise...is in the public interest” and should be approved by the PSC and paid by Rockland County business and residential ratepayers.
