Police Release Photos Of Men, Guns In Saturday's Shooting

Two of the guns were found in the house. No one has been charged.

NEW CITY, NY — Police have confiscated six handguns found after the shooting incident on Turnberry Court Saturday.

Two were discovered during a search of 3 Turnberry Court afterward, said Det. Norman Peters. No one has been charged over those two.

The house on Turnberry Court was rented to someone by the owner, who was not there. It was occupied by a number of young adults. Police did not name the owner or the renter. Neither they nor any of the residents of the cul de sac were harmed, police said.

The New York Post reported that a music video was being filmed at the house.

Four men and a juvenile from Brooklyn face charges:

  • Armani Miller, 24, has been charged with Attempted Murder - Depraved Indifference 2 (felony), Criminal possession of weapon 2 (felony), Criminal use of a firearm 2 (felony), Reckless endangerment 1 (felony) and numerous NYS VTL infractions.
  • Ivor Minott, 19, has been charged with Attempted Murder - Depraved Indifference 2 (felony), Criminal possession of weapon 2 (felony), Criminal use of a firearm 2 (felony) and Reckless endangerment 1 (felony).
  • Garron White, 18, has been charged with Attempted Murder - Depraved Indifference 2 (felony), Criminal possession of weapon 2 (felony), Criminal use of a firearm 2 (felony), Burglary 2 (felony), Reckless endangerment 1 (felony) and Obstruction of governmental administration 2 (misdemeanor).
  • Daquan Young, 18, has been charged with Attempted Murder - Depraved Indifference 2 (felony), Criminal possession of weapon 2 (felony), Criminal use of a firearm 2 (felony) and Reckless endangerment 1 (felony).

All four were arraigned in Town of Clarkstown Justice Court and sent to the Rockland County Jail in lieu of $150,000 cash or $250,000.00 fully secured bond.

A fifth person, a juvenile, has also been charged in regard to this incident and was arraigned in Town of Haverstraw Justice Court, police said.
